Valentine’s Day is Saturday. As someone who works in the service industry, I ask you to please be patient on Valentine’s Day and the surrounding days. Salons, spas, and restaurants are booked solid with people who are celebrating. Often in advance. If you cannot get in or are put on a long wait list, please do not yell at or be rude to the receptionist or greeter. It will not get you an appointment or a table. Consider a gift card or scheduling on another day. They will gladly accommodate you.
