I messaged a friend who had their final day at a job yesterday. I congratulated them on their freedom. They laughed and agreed. If we were to describe the experience working there as a boat ride, I would depict the waters as being very choppy.

We always hope when we start something new that it will be a good thing. And when it ends, we should ask ourselves what we learned, and what we are going to do differently in the next chapter. It is up to us to see what brought us there and what is taking us out. Because learning and growing from anything is up to us. And if you feel stuck in any way, you may need to look at your patterns and what it is you can do differently when you land at the next destination.
