Ladies, if you want respect, stop referring to each other as “bitch” and greeting each other with “Yo bitches, Hey bitches, and Whassup bitches?!” It is disrespectful and an underhanded disguise to be insulting. I understand it is a generation thing, but here is another way to look at it. Any time a woman gets into an verbal or physical altercation, the first word hurled at her is “bitch.” If you still don’t see my point, try this. If your boss is a female, try calling her a bitch. If your boss is a male, tell them their mother, wife, girlfriend, or daughter is a bitch and let me know how it works out.
