Today at work a lady stopped me and asked where the restroom was. I pointed it out to her and she said thank you. As she walked away something made me yell after her, “I hope everything comes out okay!” A few minutes later she approached me and told me I made her smile because her Dad who is deceased used to say that to her. I told her things like that mean your Dad is always with you. I hugged her and said my Dad is also gone but I now like foods he ate such as avocados and black beans, but while growing up I thought they were gross. She laughed.

As time goes on I find how my Dad was a bigger influence on me than I thought. And as for the lady I met, it’s possible her Dad used me to let her know he may not be here on earth but he is never far away.
