Scrolling through social media I am seeing people’s Valentine’s Day posts. Most of the couples went to dinner, several individuals got flowers, and an old acquaintance got engaged. Friends who are in the service industry noted how busy they were yesterday and now feeling burned out this morning. Then there are those who were unhappy they had no one and were very vocal about it.

But don’t wish for someone for a day. That is simply wanting someone to go through the motions with. Pray that God/The Universe sends you the person who can be your Valentine and love of your life, and you can be theirs, every day. Not just once a year.
