They say you can’t change the world, but you can change the world for another person.

This afternoon I was out n about and saw two men on either side of the road by the entrance to the mall holding signs advertising a sale. It was also cloudy and cold. I went into Wendy’s, bought two coffees, and brought them each one. They seemed very surprised yet pleased and thanked me several times. It was a small and inexpensive gesture on my part. But I can tell from their smiles and reactions that to each of them, it made a difference in their day.
