Yesterday I lost my phone. I was pretty sure I had set down when I used the self check out at the world’s largest retailer. If that was where I left it, I hoped it had been turned in. My neighbor let me use her phone to call the store but it rang and rang with no answer. I tried selecting a different department from the automated list and the same thing happened. It rang continuously but no one picked up. I tried calling my phone but it went to voice mail. I had no clue where it was or if someone had it. I got in my car and drove back to the store. I agonized over the cost of a new phone and all the passwords and info I would have to reset. It was going to be a headache. When I arrived, I asked the girl at the customer service desk if anyone found a phone. She said she had been there most of the day and she didn’t have it. Not impressed with her attitude or her answer, I requested a manager. Wouldn’t you know, he had my phone in the office!
The moral of the story is:
A) I need to more careful. I promise myself I will be.
B) Save my pictures and images to a Cloud.
C) Don’t take no for an answer.
D) I will never shop there again. That place is terrible!
