When things go wrong, someone always mentions it wasn’t like this in the beginning. But in the beginning, you didn’t know what you were in for. So you went into it with hopes and excitement for a new and better start. And if there was a plan, it probably changed. If there wasn’t a plan, you made it up as you went along. But not everyone thinks alike or has the same motivation. And each person has different expectations. Combine those dynamics and conflict starts. When the rules are laid down some choose to go their own way. It’s not a crime. It happens. Because “the beginning” is only temporary. And not everyone will stay for the long haul.
