I found this memory on my social media page from a trip to Virginia Beach.

The waves at Virginia Beach are pretty strong. If you aren’t careful and standing your ground it’s easy to get knocked over. Off in the distance I saw a few birds (not sure if they are ducks or geese) swimming and diving. They could easily fly away, but they stay where they are. If these fragile fowl can withstand these rough waters and stay afloat, there isn’t anything I can’t handle that life may throw my way.
